Shipping & returns
- EDITORIAL processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Packages ship from our store in Montreal, Canada.
- Currently we ship to Canada and United States.
- Orders over $90 receive Free Standard Canada Post Shipping
- Orders under $90 are charged Standard Shipping Rates by Canada Post.
- All purchases shipped will be charged using Canada Post rates. They will be tracked and delivery times will vary from 1-7 business days.
- Orders to the contiguous United States will be shipped by Canada Post, using Canada Post rates. They will be trackable and delivery times will take from 3-9 business days.*
- Duties are not calculated at checkout and you, the customer are responsible for paying these Duties if applicable.
*EDITORIAL will not be held responsible for delivery times estimated by Canada Post or any other third party services used.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES -
- All sale items, swimwear, accessories, lingerie, bodysuits and some fine garments with delicate fabrics are final sale and cannot be returned.
- EDITORIAL will accept returns for store credit within 5 days of item delivery as long as the return item has not been worn and is in the same condition it was when shipped out. Customers will be granted a store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned. Any items not received back in the condition in which they were purchased will be returned. Returned items must meet the following criteria:
- All items must be unused
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached
- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned
- Please contact [email protected] before returning any purchase. We will authorize your return and provide you with a Return Authorization # (RA#) that will need to be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package. No return will be accepted without the correct RA#. Proof of purchase must also be included with the return.
- Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post.
- Return to sender packages
- If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to EDITORIAL by the courier, then we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
- EDITORIAL reserves the right to refuse an order that it deems fraudulent or abusive.
- We currently are not able to offer exchanges. While our stores remain closed to protect our employees and communities, we recommend returning your order and placing a new order.
- If you receive a damaged item please contact EDITORIAL immediately.
LOST / STOLEN /DAMAGED PACKAGES -
- EDITORIAL is not liable for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. Courier companies hold full responsibility upon departure from EDITORIAL shipping facility.
- Customers are advised to file a loss/damage claim directly through the courier. EDITORIAL will provide all necessary information needed to facilitate claim, but will only initiate filing claim if deemed a human clerical error on behalf of the retailer. Due to liability of courier, no refund or exchange will be given until the investigation is complete and the claim has been issued and reimbursed.
- Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims are a long and very extensive process and often take several weeks or more to complete.
